Look after your mental health & well being, you matter and deserving

I can't speak for everyone else but for me, the past 3 weeks in this Uni life has affected my life significantly.

Over-tired, sleep deprivation, the amount of stress that been piling up, skipped meal times, and all that. It took me a while but I finally started to understand my body and my mind, how they work and how they need to be looked after in order to be able to finish what I've started.

One of them is by taking the weekends off of any Uni work, travel for a little bit, a weekend getaway if you may. Lucky for me I live in Bali, such a paradise of an island that is, with so much to choose from, the mountains, the beach, ricefields and so much more.

Being back and engaged with mother nature emotionally and physically has given me such a healing and recharging effect, ready to tackle more challenges and obstacles in the coming week.

Never forget that you need and deserve a break, because you can't count on yourself if you are falling apart :)

ok, out to the beach for an afternoon walk I'll go
